Mr. Spring has been a practicing attorney
in California for more than twenty years specializing in
real estate, title insurance, business law, tax-deferred exchanges, and trust law. He
was employed as legal counsel for the largest title insurance
company in the United States, and served as president for one
of the largest independent trust companies in Southern California
for ten years. Mr. Spring has taught law classes at Mesa College,
the University of California at San Diego and at the Internal
Revenue Service. He is married and has five children and two
beautiful granddaughters.

Trustee Sale Officer
Ms. Massey began her real estate career
working in the delinquent loan department
of a large savings and loan company in Ohio and California. She worked for a combined
26 years at Title Insurance and Trust Company, Ticor Title Company
and Chicago Title Company where she was a trustee sale officer
and title operations manager. Throughout her career she
has attended various real estate law classes. She has extensive
experience handling non-judicial foreclosures and has split her
career between Southern California and the Central Valley. Ms.
Massey is married with two children and two grandchildren.

General Counsel
Mr. Spring received his B.A., magna cum laude,
in History from Brigham Young University in 1999. He received his
J.D. from the University of California at Berkeley, Boalt Hall
School of Law, in 2002. While at Boalt, he was executive
editor of the Berkeley Journal of International Law. Prior
to joining Foreclosure Resources, Inc., Mr. Spring practiced
law with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London, England specializing
in cross-border securities offerings and mergers and acquisitions. Mr.
Spring is married and has a daughter.
Secretary
Ms. Godina is a graduate of the University of San Diego where she also attended law school. She worked in escrow for five years for a large commercial escrow division before managing the retirement services department of a national trust company. Ms. Godina is married and has three children.
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Wilson attended Riverside Community College and Mesa College concentrating on business, escrow and title. She began her career in the escrow industry in 1989 and has devoted her career to real estate industry. Ms. Wilson has three children and enjoys boating and camping with her family and friends.
