1. Completed Declaration of Default
2. Copy of the recorded Deed of Trust
3. Copy of the Promissory Note
4. Supporting documents which may include, schedule of actual payments made, amendments or modifications to the Promissory Note and/or the Deed of Trust, etc.

In most cases, Foreclosure Rescources can draw up the Notice of Default within 24 hours of receipt of the required documents.

Original documents are not required, if at all, until a later stage.
